One of our little artists chose to use the plasticine to make 3d figures. we found somewhere special to display them.

We’ve been using watercolours and different shades of green to create our observational drawings of sprouts. A group of boys were fascinated by what a sprout looked like inside. One child said it looked like it had seeds in.No-one wanted to taste sprouts though!

It’s that time of year again!

Nursery are very excited at the thought of playing the racing pig game, and winning some sweets.

You can buy a beautiful decoration handmade by your child for 30p.

And possibly even see a very special visitor.

The dress rehearsal and today’s performance were wonderful. I’m sure it will be just as magical tomorrow.

The cold weather had made all the water turn into ice outdoors. We noticed that some things were trapped. How were we ever going to get them out?

Don’t worry the children came up with, and tried out, lots of different strategies. Bashing the ice with a wooden block was most effective!

It’s that time of year when you need to apply for a school place if your child id due to start school in September 2017 (4 before August 31st 2017).

The singing is coming along very nicely ready for the performances next week, as well as the dance moves!

Please make sure that you’ve booked tickets, and you will need to bring the tickets to the performance to see your little stars!

Nursery noticed something very beautiful on Thursday afternoon through the window.

Nursery have been making lots of choices whilst creating images, we have been looking at round shapes and straight lines. The children have made some thoughtful comments when they have chosen food to represent their facial features.
